Global Investor Services, Inc. (GIS) was incorporated under the laws of the state of Utah on January 30, 1946, as Uintah Mountain Copper Company. GIS changed its name to Voxpath Holdings, Inc. effective as of December 19, 2005, and changed its state of domicile to Nevada in January 2005.

On August 30, 2006, GIS entered into and closed a share purchase agreement with The Retirement Solution, Inc., a Nevada corporation, and each of the shareholders of The Retirement Solution. Pursuant to the agreement, the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of The Retirement Solution from the shareholders of The Retirement Solution in exchange for 99,999,992 shares of the Company's common stock.

Effective September 18, 2006, the Company changed its name to TheRetirementSolution.com, Inc. and effective October 1, 2008 the Company changed its name to Global Investor Services, Inc. (GIS).
