Global Investor Services, Inc. acquired Investment Tools and Training, LLC, in January 2008. ITT's primary goal is to equip students with financial knowledge, skills and investing habits through a diversified and personal education and training system that includes multiple delivery formats such as live webinars, recorded webisodes, training symposiums, coaching, mentoring, trading rooms and newsletters.

ITT is staffed with qualified professionals who serve as instructors and coaches. These individuals include a Masters in adult learning, a Certified Market Technician, certified financial planner, chartered financial analyst, PhD of psychology and a published author.

ITT's unique offerings include a comprehensive program of financial education content delivered online, which begins at an introductory level and progresses to advanced education and training in equities, options and forex. ITT offers proprietary investor tools with stock search and trading indicators and it operates the infrastructure to distribute financial news, publish financial information and market ready-made portfolios that are proven performers against major indexes.

In April 2008, ITT launched its own brand, "InvestView", under the ITT banner.

InvestView offers two investment analysis and education tools under its brand name: "Seer" is a software-based tool and "Market Point" is an online-based tool. Both tools offer world-class tools and education to investors, from the novice to the expert.

InvestView utilizes state-of-the-art training methods and delivery systems, with the goal of staying a step ahead of its competition.
